Recently in Lucknow, India, Police officers initiated a 'No helmet, no petrol' drive saying people cannot fill fuel for their vehicles in petrol pumps if they are not wearing a helmet. People welcomed the move and some even went ahead and said many such drives has to be conducted to force people to wear helmets.
Although, I personally feel that we shouldn't force helmets on brains not smart enough to want to wear one voluntarily.
